About Us
Founded in 2001, KFive Furniture is a family-led business grounded in a belief in enduring design — and in caring for both people and planet.
We believe that living in harmony with nature is essential to how we design, source and produce. Together with our global partners, we approach craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability as an integrated whole, without compromise.
Today, KFive curates a considered collection of international furniture, lighting and objects, sourced from Europe and beyond, each chosen for its ability to enrich architectural interiors — with clarity, restraint and purpose.
Alongside this global perspective, KFive is also the custodian of two of Australia’s most significant mid-century design legacies, continuing to shape contemporary spaces through a dialogue between past and present.
Our products are designed to last — contributing to a broader culture of design that values longevity, material integrity and a more responsible future.
Australian Design Legacy
The Boyd Collection
Exclusive to KFive, the Boyd Collection faithfully reproduces furniture originally designed in the 1950s by architect Robin Boyd—one of Australia’s leading voices in modernist architecture.
Produced in collaboration with the Robin Boyd Foundation, the collection is crafted locally using Australian hardwoods and wool fabrics, preserving both the integrity of the original designs and the spirit of Australian modernism.
The Grounds Collection
KFive holds the licence for the Grounds Collection, inspired by the design language of architect Sir Roy Grounds, whose landmark works include the National Gallery of Victoria.
Produced in Melbourne, the collection honours Grounds’ vision through a focus on proportion, material clarity and enduring craftsmanship.
Local & Global Perspective
As holders of the Australian Made licence, KFive is committed to supporting local manufacturing, skilled craftsmanship, and the continued legacy of Australian design.
At the same time, our global network of partners reflects a broader design perspective — one grounded in collaboration, shared values, and a commitment to quality.
KFive is also a long-standing participant in the United Nations Global Compact, aligning our operations with internationally recognised principles across sustainability, human rights and ethical business practice.
