VICTORIA GOVERNMENT CO-WORKING HUB

Adaptive environments that champion the user purpose.

The modernisation of three floors in the iconic heritage listed 1 Spring Street (Shell House), called for a design solution that demonstrates respect for the building architecture. Venko created an interior environment that celebrates and accentuates the building form.

Meeting rooms in the Conference Centre fan out from the circular heritage lightwell giving access to natural light and creating a central hub. Informal meeting spaces mirror the organic, sweeping curves of the building interior.

The Co-working Hub delivers an expansive breakout with multiple functions for town hall gatherings, large format presentations and smaller informal meeting zones.
