Sydney Theatre Company - Wharf Project 2018-2020

KFiveare proud to have collaborated with the Sydney Theatre Company’s (STC), Wharf Project. 

The installation of over six hundred Jezettheatre seats, including retractable seating were installed with the assistance of Jezet techicians and our own local team of installers during November & December 2020. Made in Belgium, Jezet is a premium supplier of theatre seating throughout the world. 

For the STC to open the doors on time in February 2021 with a live performance, to a nowadays unusual one hundred per cent capacity was a challenge.

KFive collaborated with Hassell (Architects) Charcoalblue (theatre consultant) Tropman & Tropman Architects (heritage architect) and Richard Crookes Construction to complete the prestiges project.

The unique expertise of Jezet is its ability to control all aspects of manufacture under the one roof. Each project by Jezet is customized to meet a specific design brief developed with the client. 

The Sydney Theatre Company is one of Australia’s foremost performing arts institutions, and one of the largest non-for-profit theatre companies in the world. We have been delighted to have collaborated successfully with this project and look forward to more.
